Legal Due Diligence Before Purchase

Before you commit to any property purchase in the UAE - whether it is an apartment off-plan, a completed villa, a commercial unit, or a large investment acquisition - a thorough legal due diligence review is not optional. It is the most important step you can take to protect yourself.

We conduct comprehensive property due diligence covering title verification and ownership history, confirmation that the property is free of mortgages, caveats, and legal restrictions, verification of developer registration and escrow compliance for off-plan properties, RERA permit status, master developer approvals, and any encumbrances or obligations that will transfer with the property on completion.

We identify risks that are not visible on the surface - developer financial health, disputed ownership interests, unresolved disputes with the master community, licensing issues - and advise you on exactly what you are buying, what conditions should be imposed, and whether the transaction should proceed at all.
