How do I legally recover a debt from a person or company in Dubai? +
The process begins with a formal Legal Notice drafted by our firm. If the debt remains unpaid, we can file a "Performance Order" for a fast-track judgment or initiate a full civil claim followed by the execution phase to ensure the court's order results in the actual recovery of your funds.
Can your firm help with "Notary Public" services for Power of Attorney? +
Yes. We draft and provide assistance for obtaining a Power of Attorney (POA) documents for property sales, business management, and court representation. We coordinate with the Dubai Notary Public to ensure your documents are legally binding and correctly attested for use in the UAE or abroad.
What are my rights if I am facing an "unfair dismissal" from my job? +
Under the UAE Labor Law, employees are protected against arbitrary termination. If you believe your dismissal was unfair, a complaint with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) should be filed and, if not settled, filing of the case in the Labor Court to claim compensation for notice periods and end-of-service benefits shall be required.
